Bought museum tickets from a site pretending to be the real museum
The confirmation email came from "Feel the City Tours." That’s when I realized it wasn’t the museum. They don’t even own the tickets they’re selling, and they charge five times the actual price. I tried to get a refund or change the tickets, but they refused. They hide their real name and details through the whole thing. The phone number is (314) 270-5905 and the email is [email protected]. The whole thing felt off from the start.
