Bought two pairs of shoes, got charged for a third, and no refund

I bought two pairs of shoes from their website Orthofit. While I was putting in my Visa number they somehow added in another pair of a different size without asking. So I got charged for three pairs.

The two pairs I ordered did not fit. I have been trying to get a refund and just get no response. I emailed them several times and nothing. They do not give a phone number anywhere. The shoes shipped from a place in Franklin Park, IL at 1055 Sesame St. I am out $140.88 and just want my money back.
