Charged for a rack that never came
Then I got an email saying it was not deliverable, which I don't think is true at all. I tried to contact them but there is no phone number or anybody that answers. Their email is [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back.
So I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it. Just wanted to put this out there so maybe someone else doesn't get taken.
Bought two pairs of shoes, got charged for a third, and no refund
The two pairs I ordered did not fit. I have been trying to get a refund and just get no response. I emailed them several times and nothing. They do not give a phone number anywhere. The shoes shipped from a place in Franklin Park, IL at 1055 Sesame St. I am out $140.88 and just want my money back.
