Ordered shoes online, got a fake product and lost my money

I ordered shoes from orthoro footwear.com. I paid $64.95 for what was supposed to be a real product. When it arrived, it was clearly a counterfeit. The quality was terrible and nothing like what was advertised on the site.

Now I'm out that money. The whole thing feels like a scam. I tried to find a way to contact them about this fake product, but there's no real customer service. The site just took my money and sent me junk.

I want my money back for sending me a counterfeit item. This shouldn't be allowed.
