Ordered a product from orvyla.com and got something else
I emailed them at [email protected] the same day the package came asking for a refund. They didn't reply to me. Their address on the site says 22 Central Street 5thfl, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413.
They told me I had to pay $13.05 to ship it back. The postal return label had some code on it like R-T-S-11413-RFS-1N *95 07/2026. I just want my money back for the product I never really got.
