Ordered foundation from popup ad, got wrong item from China
I saw a popup and ordered skin matching foundation, #203 medium, thought it was a legit site. It took 30 days to get anything, and I was surprised to see a China post tracking number. The items I got were nothing like what I ordered. No #203 medium, just said "dark skin". I didn't even open them.
They told me to go to [email protected]. I explained the situation, took 30 days, got the wrong item. They offered me $5USD to keep it, then offered $10USD. When that didn't work they said I could mail it back at my own expense and get a refund. I doubt even if I sent it back I would get a refund. This company is a total scam. I am angry I fell for it. I will only deal with known businesses from now on.
