Ordered the Osmo Hush Wave but got some cheap junk instead

I ordered the Osmo hush wave from their website osmo-global.com. I’m not even sure what I received here. It’s not what I ordered that’s for sure. What I got is a cheap piece of junk. It says VJE35 on it. Looks nothing like the picture on the website.

I bought what was described on the website because of its ANC active noise cancelling for long plane rides. Whatever I received had no mention of any noise cancelling abilities. I paid 40 dollars for this. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number is 1(888) 824-0512. I just want my money back.
