Substandard, cheap crap

I ordered Osmo Hushwave headphones with Active Noise-Canceling (ANC). I paid $100. I received a product within 2 weeks. The product they sent was NOT the Hushwave. The website advertises ANC, 4 built in microphones, AI Translation, and multipoint Bluetooth connection capability.
The crap they sent is labeled "Black Bear C-2235" that are obviously very cheaply made. There are NO microphones and NO ANC. Bluetooth will only connect to ONE device, and Osmo support says this does not support AI Translation, despite website claims.
Further, support stated that the product I received is what I ordered and it is the Hushwave, even though it looks completely different from the product pictures on the website and does not contain any of the advanced features that they advertise.
Osmo is ripping people off. I suggest that you DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered OSMO headphones but got a cheap Black Bear pair instead

I ordered OSMO Hushwave noise cancelling headphones from OSMO-official.com. They sent me an email saying it shipped and was delivered. A USPS package came while I was gone on a two month trip.

When I got back and opened it up it was a different thing. Some cheap Black Bear C-2235 Music headphones. I paid $94.78 with tax in US dollars. Not what I ordered at all.

Same! Not only that, Osmo support claims that it is the correct Hushwave model. I tested them: it does no active noise cancelling. It doesn't even have microphones in it! They are ripping people off and I am filing a complaint.
WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM OSMO, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
