Order from orthofit never came and now they want more money

I placed an order from orthofit on February 13, 2026. They kept saying they were on the way but I never received them. Then they said there was a delay. Now they are saying it was an inaccurate mailing address and they were returned.

Now they want me to pay more money to have them reshipped. No, I refuse to pay any more money. They have lied and made excuses after excuses and I’m done. I just want my refund and I asked for it in March and they refused to give me my money back.

Don’t trust this company they are a bunch of liars and fraud company. All they are out to do is scam people and take their money. This company is a joke and they need to be shut down for good.
