Ordered a bike rack and locking hitch, got random unusable parts instead

I bought a bike rack and a locking hitch from their website www.outfitrer.com. What showed up was just a bunch of random pieces with no hardware like nuts or bolts so I couldn’t even put anything together. I emailed them three separate times asking for help and they just ghosted me each time. So now I’m out $450 and the locking hitch never even showed up at all. The last straw was when they finally did email me back and it was just asking for a review. Outrageous. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
