Ad said Nordstrom but sent cheap plastic item with no return address

I saw an online ad that made me think I was buying from Nordstroms. The product they sent was this cheap plastic like material, no label or fabric content or anything. It didn't even come with a packing slip or an address to send it back to.

So I wrote to them at [email protected] to complain and ask for my money back. They offered me $10.00 refund and a coupon to buy something else from them later. I lost $80.08 on this. This company is a total fraud.
