Ordered a light, got broken plastic junk instead
What they sent me was just plastic junk. In my case, the item arrived broken and doesn't work at all. Trying to get any help is impossible. There's no phone number to contact them. Trying to create a return is next to impossible. They have this strange requirement where you have to send a video in a specific format, and to make the video you have to use some other equally suspect company's service.
They don't get back to you via email quickly. When they finally do reply, the messages are clearly just pre-written templates. It's a total scam. I lost nearly $300.
