Got a phishing email from outlook that won't go away

I got this email that's clearly a phishing scam. It came from an outlook address. The sender's email is [email protected] and it says they're from CA, USA.

The email is embedded in a way that I can't block it or remove it. It just sits there. It's really unsettling to have a scam message like that stuck in my inbox where I can't do anything about it. They didn't get any money from me, but it's the principle. It shouldn't be this hard to get rid of a phishing attempt.
