Ordered shoes that were clearly fake and too small

I ordered shoes from Owl Mavericks and right away I could tell something was off. They felt uncomfortable and way too small. I’ve been buying the same model for 4 years straight and every pair felt the same even when the colors and styles changed. These were not real.

When I tried to say something Owl Mavericks blamed me for picking the wrong size. Then they offered me 20% off my total or 50% off if I ordered a new size. I paid $145.00. The Nikes on the left were all black so I knew what they were supposed to look like. They didn’t.
