Got a weird text about a debt I don't owe

I got a text message that was addressed to my husband. It said they were now contacting by text about a collections debt and gave an option to opt out. Right after that, another text came through saying a debt of $245.90 was due to the PA TP commission. It had a link to Harris and Harris.

I looked it up and found other people reporting this same contact on ScamPulse.com. The number was (610) 999-2621 and it came from Pennsylvania. It felt off because we don't have any debt like that. They just sent these texts out of nowhere.
