Email about a package I wasn't expecting

Got an email from this address [email protected] and it says something about a package. They have a website too factureblocs-y1.info/ianalysys-mstrackers.php and an address in BC, Canada. Not sure if it's real or not.

I didn't lose any money or anything but I don't know if I should just block it or what. Feels like phishing but I can't really tell. Just seems weird to get an email about a package I wasn't expecting from some random address.
