Bought something from a website that looked nothing like the pictures

I ordered from https://pacmvart.com/ and the product they sent was nothing like the description or the pictures. The quality was so low and it was designed totally different from how they showed it on the site. The size made no sense either, didn't match their size chart at all.

It took over 5 emails just to get them to agree to a return for a full refund. But now they keep refusing to pay for the shipping. Their website says risk free returns but that is definitely not the case. It also says 24/7 customer service but they only answer during certain hours so that's a lie too.

I lost $39.99 on this. Their email is [email protected]. Just avoid them.
