Paid $25,000 for real estate video work that was not good quality

I paid Palm Visuals $25,000 for videography and photography for my real estate business. They are based in Seattle, WA and use the website palmvisuals.com and the email [email protected].

The quality of the work is not good. It is not what was promised for that amount of money. They pretended to be a professional service for this kind of work but the final product was poor. I am very disappointed with what I received for such a large payment.
