Ordered from Pampa Direct and they kept my $400 after canceling

I ordered something from Pampa Direct and they canceled it because it was out of stock. But they still have my $400. It's been over a month now and I keep emailing them back and forth. The emails feel like they're written by AI or something.

They actually admitted in writing that they owe me the money and asked for my PayPal info for the refund. I sent it right away. Then nothing. They just ghosted me. I had to file a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. Their customer service is a nightmare. I'd tell anyone to avoid them.
