Debt collector email saying I owe money or go to court

Got an email from someone named Richard and his secretary Victoria. They said I owe some credit card bill and if I don't pay I have to go to court. They kept changing the amount they wanted. First they said 7000 to settle it, then they said 2500, then they said at least 100 today to stop the court filing.

The email came from [email protected] and the website is PandaDoc.com. I don't even know what credit card they are talking about. They didn't send me any proof or anything. Just kept pushing me to pay something right now.
