Ordered a hat and never got a confirmation email

I ordered a hat from Papillonbebe. I never got an email confirmation for my order. I saw the company email was listed as [email protected], so I tried to email them. But when you click that email address, it actually goes to [email protected]. That felt off. I paid $21.87 and I haven't heard anything back. No confirmation, no hat, nothing.
