Ordered clothes from pappua.com, never got them, refund never came

I placed an order back in November 2025 for $54.24 and I still have not received it. They said it was delivered but it was not. They agreed to give me back 50% of my money and told me multiple times that they credited it to my card, and they have not.

I ordered jackets, hoodies, pajamas, shirts, but did not receive anything. Nothing at all. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
