No way to contact them after buying from Facebook ad

I bought something from their website through a Facebook ad around March 3, 2026. The item came but the quality was really bad so I wanted to get a refund.

Turns out there is no phone number or email to contact customer support anywhere. I spent days looking online and finally figured out this company might be a scam. Lost 59 dollars.
