Signed up for a 28 day plan and got charged way more with no warning

I saw Parenting Leader advertising on social media and signed up for a 28 day plan for $21.12. Got a receipt confirming that amount but I noticed the order date on it was wrong—said 2/7/26 but I ordered it on 6/4/26. There was no fine print or anything saying they would keep charging me after the 28 days.

Then on 7/2/26 they charged my card for $63.74. I never authorized that or got any communication about a renewal, especially for a different amount. I looked up "Parenting Leader" and "Parenting Leader Scam" online and it seems like they do this a lot. I emailed them on 7/2/26 and got a reply saying someone from their team would get back to me but nobody has.

Bought a parenting manual and they tried to take more money

I bought a parenting manual off that website parentingleader.com for $21. It was supposed to be a one time thing. Then they charged me again for $100 without asking me or anything. My bank caught it and declined those charges.

I don't know why they thought they could just take more money. I only paid for the one manual. The email I had was [email protected] and the phone number they had was (214) 684-4231. I just want my $21 back honestly.
