Letter about a parking violation I already paid for

I got contacted by some attorney representing Parking Revenue Recovery Services Inc. about a parking violation they said happened on May 9, 2026. But I already paid for parking online on April 8th. I had the parking pass right there in my front window.

I am attaching a copy of the parking pass I bought and paid for. Also attaching the Notice of Noncompliance they sent which is totally false. And the letter from the attorney saying I owe $97.00.
