Ordered a scooter and now no one answers the phone

I ordered a scooter from this website partsnauto.com on June 3rd. It was supposed to ship within 5 business days. That was a while ago.

I tried calling the phone number they have on the site, (503) 994-9300, but it doesn't even work. Just rings or something. Then I emailed them at [email protected] and haven't heard anything back. The order on their website just says "processing." I already paid $174.07 and nothing shows up.
