Ordered boxers online and they shipped my package to another country

I saw an ad on Instagram for boxers. They were supposed to be $60 for a 3-pack, but this site was selling a 6-pack for just $7.99. I used my card, put my address in, and everything seemed fine.

Then I went to track the package days later. They had it going to CANADA. I'm in Richmond, Virginia. I emailed the contact, [email protected], and they replied. They said "no problem," they'd give me a 20% discount and ship to the right address.

But the tracking never changed. It was still going to Canada. It was never coming to me. They took $20.19 from my card. This company is a fraud. They're just scamming people.
