Charged for free passport forms on a fake processing website

I got a message about a passport processing website. It looked like the real thing, so I went to it. The site said it was for processing passports.

I ended up paying $132.07. They charged my card. But all I got were free documents you can get anywhere. The forms were just the normal free ones.

The contact was [email protected] and a phone number from Arizona. The whole thing felt off. They just took the money and that was it. I never got any real service.
