Someone used my info to open an Affirm account

I got emails from Affirm about a payment I didn't make. Someone made an account using my personal information and charged 127 dollars to it. The website they used was passportvisarush dot com. I never signed up for anything there.

The email they had on file was support@passportvisarush dot com. I never gave them permission to use my info or charge me anything. I don't know how they got my details but now I have this charge on my Affirm account that I didn't authorize.
