Passport site has all my personal info
The phone number is (302) 257-6073 and the address is 5179 Dockyard Pl, Land O Lakes, FL 34638. There's also an email [email protected]. I just wanted to renew my passport and now I'm worried about my identity.
Website took my money for a passport application
It turned out to be a fraud of a company. They scammed me out of submitting a passport application. Now I'm out $120 and still don't have my passport handled.
Website looks like a government passport site but is not
I only apply for a passport every 10 years or so, so I am not familiar with how it all works. That is exactly what this site seems to count on. It is set up to look official and take advantage of people who don't know the process.

After I paid I found out they just take free pdf forms that are already online and fill in the blanks for you. I didn't fully understand the process and thought it was legit. Now I'm sitting here realizing I don't even have a passport coming. The email they sent was from [email protected] so there's no way to even write back. I feel sick about giving them my SSN. That's the part that really gets me. I don't know what they're going to do with that information.

They are located in Chattanooga, TN 37421. After I sent the money, I never got any passport or even a confirmation that made sense. I think they just took my money and my identity. I haven't heard anything back from them at all.

Right after that I got a fraud alert from my bank. So they got my money or tried to, and they definitely got all my personal information. I didn't lose any money in the end but that doesn't matter because they have everything else. I'm just really concerned about what they can do with my parents' info too.
Website posing as passport office charged me $130
Turns out after you pay, they just send you a checklist that is already on the real US passport website for free. And you still have to pay the same amount again to the actual government. So basically they are just charging people to give them free information. I tried to get a refund but there is no option for that. No refunds at all. It's a scam in the purest form.

They have an address listed in Brooklyn, NY 11230 but I don't think it's real. They just take your money and you never hear back. No passport or anything shows up. It's the same scam as someone else wrote about here. They pretend to be official but they are just a fake site.

They told me they had no record of my application and said they never ask for payment in advance like that. They said this happens a lot with people who need rushed passports. I lost $129.97.

Now when I try to check my application the real people tell me they don't have any record of my application or the money I paid. I called the number (484) 926-8419 but nobody picks up. I also tried emailing [email protected] but no reply.
I just want my money back or my passport done. This is really frustrating.
