Paid for passport help and never got anything back

I found this site passportvisarush.com that said they could help with my passport renewal. I needed it fast so I paid them $104.98. That was a mistake. They took the money and I never heard from them again. No updates, no passport, nothing. I tried calling the number on the site (302) 257-6073 but no one picks up. The site just takes your money and disappears. I should have known better.

Website that looked like the real passport agency took my money

I needed a passport fast so I went online and found this site passportvisarush.com. It looked just like the official passport agency website. I had no idea it was fake until I called the real passport agency today.

They told me they had no record of my application and said they never ask for payment in advance like that. They said this happens a lot with people who need rushed passports. I lost $129.97.

The agent told me to call my credit card company and dispute the charge and close the account. So I did that. I also wanted to report it here so maybe it helps someone else. My number is 215-514-6836 if you need to reach me.

Website for passport service took my money and never delivered

I used this site passportvisarush.com thinking it was a real passport service. They charged me for the application fee, $134.97. I paid it and then nothing happened.

No passport came, no updates, nothing. I tried to find a phone number or an email for them but there’s nothing real on the site. It just looks like a fake company pretending to help with travel documents.

I lost the money. I don’t know what else to do.

False Representation

PassportVisaRush.com is a private document preparation service for passport and visa applications, explicitly stating it is not affiliated with the U.S. government and does not submit applications on behalf of clients.

Misleading website design: Many customers report the site looks like an official government portal, with no clear notice that it is a commercial service

Overpriced or unclear pricing: Some users paid for preparation but were left with incomplete or minimal deliverables, such as a filled-out form they still had to submit themselves. I paid 129.97 to basically transfer my secured personal data to a DS form I already had on file or can get for free.

Value vs. cost: Reviewers note that similar services are available for free via the official U.S. Department of State site, making the paid service seem less worthwhile

Payment confusion: A few customers were charged more than initially thought, with no clear breakdown of costs.

Mixed service quality: While some urgent cases were handled quickly and professionally, others reported poor communication, missed deadlines, or services not delivered as promised

Refunds - They violate their own refund policy based on what was provided to me and highlighted - attached below

Website with government logo took my passport money

I was trying to renew my passport and this website Passportvisarush.com came up in my search. They had a logo that looked just like the official government one so I thought it was real. I went ahead and paid the $129.97.

Now when I try to check my application the real people tell me they don't have any record of my application or the money I paid. I called the number (484) 926-8419 but nobody picks up. I also tried emailing [email protected] but no reply.

I just want my money back or my passport done. This is really frustrating.

Paid $134 for passport renewal on fake government website

I was trying to renew my passport online and I found this website passportvisarush.com. It looked exactly like the official US Passport site so I thought it was legit. I paid $134.97 and filled out all my information.

After I submitted everything I realized it was not the real government site. The email came from [email protected] which should have been a red flag. They are supposedly based in Georgia USA but I have no way to contact them. I never got any passport or any real service. Just lost my money to a fake site that looks official.

Fake passport site took my money for nothing

I found this website passportvisarush.com and thought it was a real government site for passport stuff. It looked official enough I guess. I paid them $125 for whatever service they were supposed to provide.

Never got anything back. No passport, no documents, nothing. Just took my money and disappeared. The site is still up though which is frustrating. I feel stupid for falling for it but it really did look like a real government page. Sensitive stuff too which makes it worse.

Fake passport site took my money and ran

I found this site passportvisarush.com and it looked like a real government website for passport renewal. I needed to renew my passport so I filled out the form and paid $130. I thought it was the official US site.

After I paid I didn't get any confirmation or anything. No emails no updates. I tried calling the number on the site and nobody answered. I sent emails too but no reply.

I realized later it was a fake site pretending to be the government. They just took my money and that was it. $130 gone. I feel stupid but it really looked real.

Lost money and gave out personal info to PassportVisaRush.com

I got scammed by PassportVisaRush.com. I ended up providing my Social Security number, my date of birth, and even my passport number to their website. I thought it was a legitimate service.

They took $260 from me. The contact email was [email protected]. After I sent everything, I realized it was a phishing scam. Now I'm out the money and my personal information is just out there. It's a really bad situation.

Paid a fake passport website and now have to pay again

I got tricked by a website called PassportVisaRush.com. I paid them $99 to renew my passport. I know it was my fault for not checking for a .gov address, but the site looked so official. It even asked for my parents' citizenship information, and with all the government changes lately, I thought these might be the new requirements.

Now I'm out that money and I had to give them all my personal info, which is scary. I still need my passport renewed, so I had to go pay another $130 to do it the right way. I wasted all that time and money. This website should be shut down.
