Ordered something that never showed up and they won't cancel

I placed an order on 7/4/26 and they said it would be delivered in 3-5 days. It never came. I got an email from them saying the delivery was just taking longer so I replied asking to cancel. They told me it was too late to cancel.

Then they said I could not refuse the delivery and if I did I would have to ship it back to Hong Kong on my own. I still have not received anything. Their website is Patch Please and their email is [email protected]. Phone number is (720) 355-5593. I lost $59.90. They are scammers and should not be in business.

Online order didn't work and return policy changed on me

I ordered something from Patch Please, their website is patchplease.com. The product just doesn't work at all. So I tried to return it within 14 days like they said. First they told me they would give me 30 days instead which sounded fine.

Then I waited about a week and contacted them again. Now they are saying I am past the 14 days. So they went back on what they said. I lost $59.00 on this and they won't do anything. Their email is [email protected].
