Charged again for an order I never placed

I ordered one product from them and I got it. That was fine. But then two weeks later they charged me again for another 59.99 dollars. I did not place a second order. I don't know why they did that. I only bought one thing. Now I have this extra charge on my card and nobody from the company is saying anything. The email they used was [email protected] and the phone number is (559) 706-7343. I just want my money back for something I didn't order.
