Billed again after insurance paid and now threatening collections

I’m active duty military and my wife just had our first baby. Pathology Associates of S CA billed my insurance for $400. My insurance TriWest paid what they owed and the rest was listed as “No Patient Responsibility” because I’m active duty.

Then they tried to bill my insurance again and TriWest denied it. Now the company is saying I owe all these extra charges even though my insurance already paid. They gave me 10 days before they send it to collections.

I’ve called the number on their letters multiple times. It just goes to an automated system that tries to sell me a Life Alert or a free cellphone. I don’t know what else to do.
