Bought a portable shed and never got it

I ordered a portable garage shed on 4/24/26 and paid with my credit card. It was supposed to be delivered by May 8 to May 19. I waited and nothing showed up.

I called my credit card company and they said it was delivered. But I never got anything. No refund either. I looked at the tracking and it says delivered but not to my address. The tracking shows the location as Kenly, US not Kenly NC. Then Global Tracking says it’s still in transit and it’s been over 50 days now.

So I’m out $139.00 and have nothing.
