Ordered something online and tracking says delivered but nothing showed up

I placed an order on their website patiocan.com and paid $99. I never got the item. Their tracking showed it was delivered but it was not. I checked everywhere around my house. Nothing.

I have contacted customer service multiple times at [email protected] and never gotten a single reply. No one answers the phone either at (515) 874-6421. Their address is 1001 S. Main St., Kalispell, MT 59901 but I don't know if that's even real. Just want my money back or the item.
