Google Meet call claiming I won Publishers Clearing House but took my money instead

I got a Google Meet call from someone saying they were from Publishers Clearing House. They said they were Dave Anderson and told me I won $7.5 million dollars with a $250,000 bonus and a new Mercedes-Benz. They had an ID number, package number, serial number and a security code so I thought it might be real.

Next thing I know I gave him my information and he drained $1000 dollars out of my bank account, my Cash App and my PayPal. I don't know what else to do.
