Daily calls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting calls every single day from this number (401) 385-7500 and also from a bunch of other numbers. It's this recording or maybe an AI bot, it says "This is Patrick Brooks. I'm calling regarding your personal request." Then it goes on about how I was looking at lenders and they can get me a better deal. It said something like $22,000 at 6.25% with a payment of 367 a month.

I have not been shopping for loans at all. I don't know who Patrick Brooks is. I get almost 80 of these calls a day from different numbers all saying the same thing about a loan application I never submitted. They call from a number in New Jersey. It's just nonstop.
