Charged for a subscription I never signed up for after buying a coin

I saw unauthorized charges from Patriot Defender in my PayPal account. I didn't even know they'd been charging me since February 2026 for $43.28, and then again this March for another $43.28.

I only made a one-time purchase back in January for a Trump Fight Coin. I paid for the shipping, which was $11.92. They said the coin itself was free. I DID NOT sign up for any monthly subscription for $43.23 after that. There was NOTHING on their site that CLEARLY asked me if I wanted a subscription. It's sneaky and deceptive.

I looked at their Facebook page and other people are complaining about the same thing happening to them. I tried emailing them and messaging them on Facebook Messenger, but they haven't replied at all.
