Charged twice for a book I never got

I ordered a book that was supposed to be $9.95. They ended up charging me $39.97 instead. I called them about it and they said they cancelled the membership and sent a refund. The refund actually did show up. But then four days later they charged me another $39.97. I never ordered anything else and nothing was delivered. I sent multiple emails and they kept saying it was cancelled. But it clearly was not.
