Ordered from pavilook and never got my stuff
Finally they emailed me saying they would send a refund. Still nothing. I emailed them again and they said it was lost in the system and they will issue another refund.
All they do is give you the run around. Terrible.
Ordered summer dresses and never got anything after two months
Then they offered me a 70% refund and I said no I want a full refund. They said ok we processed your refund but I still have not received it. And after reading other people saying the same thing I doubt I will ever get it. I lost $33.98. Their email is [email protected].
Charged for a product I never got and no refund
So I tried to get my money back. They just ignored me. No refund, no product. Just took my money and that was it. I don't know what else to do.

First they said it was delivered but I told them no it wasn’t. So they said they would send it again. Then the second time they also said it was delivered but it wasn’t. After that they offered a 70% refund and I said no I want all my money back. They said ok we processed your refund but I never got that either.
