Ordered summer dresses and never got anything after two months

I ordered some summer dresses from pavilook.com and used my debit card. After a month of not getting anything I emailed them through the website. First they said it was delivered but I told them it wasn't. So they said they would send it again and the second time they also said it was delivered which it was not.

Then they offered me a 70% refund and I said no I want a full refund. They said ok we processed your refund but I still have not received it. And after reading other people saying the same thing I doubt I will ever get it. I lost $33.98. Their email is [email protected].

Charged for a product I never got and no refund

I ordered something from pavilook.com and they charged me $28.00. The product never showed up. I waited and waited and nothing came.

So I tried to get my money back. They just ignored me. No refund, no product. Just took my money and that was it. I don't know what else to do.

Ordered dresses from pavilook.com and never got anything

I ordered some summer dresses from pavilook.com and paid with my debit card. It was about 34 dollars. After a month I still didn’t get anything so I emailed them through their website.

First they said it was delivered but I told them no it wasn’t. So they said they would send it again. Then the second time they also said it was delivered but it wasn’t. After that they offered a 70% refund and I said no I want all my money back. They said ok we processed your refund but I never got that either.
