Bought a PawKey, got charged for a membership I never wanted

I bought a PawKey from Pawkeys after my pet passed away. The website never said anything about a membership. Only after the sale went through, on the receipt, it said I was automatically subscribed.

Then they make it impossible to contact them. I looked on social media and they've scammed a lot of people out of money. I lost $59.98. I had to report it to my bank and get a new debit card, and they STILL charged the new card somehow.
