Ordered something and they wouldn't let me cancel after a few hours

I ordered an item from Pawlulu.com and a few hours later I changed my mind. So I asked to cancel and they said no, they can't accept a cancel or return within 60 days. But on their website the return policy does not say that at all.

The email they sent me was really poorly written. I attached it below along with their refund policy. It would cost more to ship it back than to keep it, which is probably why they say no cancellations within 60 days. But that would also put it past their refund policy anyway so you couldn't return it. It's pretty clear this is a scam.
