Ordered three custom necklaces, only got one that looks nothing like my dog

I ordered three items from Pawlux Gems after doing a lot of research on their website. Right away I got a bad feeling and tried to contact someone to cancel the order. They just kept denying me.

It took over a month and a half to get just one necklace. The other two were missing. And the one necklace I did get was made wrong. It looks nothing like my dog.

I still haven't gotten any response from them at all. I'm out over fifty dollars.
