Ordered a dog life jacket that still hasn’t shipped after 12 days

I ordered a Ruffwear dog life jacket from their website pawprintpad.com. The site said they’d ship the next business day. That was 12 days ago and it still hasn’t gone out.

I’ve emailed them a bunch of times asking to just cancel the order. They keep saying my order is being processed and will ship “soon.” Then they say it’ll take another 10 to 15 days to get here after it ships. That’s not what the website said at all. They just ignore me when I ask to cancel. I lost $71.00.
