They keep taking money after I cancelled, can't get them to stop

I got charged way too much by this Pay Pal thing, 30.90 and then 47.95 on the same day. So I cancelled right away. I did exactly what they said to do to cancel.

But they are still billing me. Every month they take another 1.99 out of my account. I've tried and tried to get rid of them and it doesn't work. I can't make it stop.
