Email about a California purchase I never made with a phone number to call

Got an email saying someone made a purchase in California under my Pay Pal account. It gave me a number to call in the morning at 614-589-0808. There was also another number 805-758-2846.

I never bought anything in California. I don't even live there. The whole thing felt off. I didn't call them. Just wanted to report it.
