Tried to pay for parking and a different company took my money

I was trying to pay for a parking meter like I always do and instead this company popped up. I don't even know how it happened. I was just trying to put money in the meter through my phone like normal and suddenly it was some other service.

I lost $20 to it. I didn't mean to use them at all. It just came up on my screen and before I knew it the money was gone. I didn't sign up for anything or agree to use them. Just trying to park my car.

No one has gotten back to me about it. I don't know what else to do.
