PayByPhone site said account suspended then took my card

I went on the PayByPhone website to pay for parking like I usually do. Instead of letting me pay it gave me an "account suspended" error and a number to call for customer service.

So I called and they said I needed to update my payment info. There were boxes to fill in so I put in my new expiration date and hit update. It came back saying "payment accepted" but I never even entered my location or my vehicle. That's when I knew something was off.

My bank's fraud prevention called me right away to verify. Now I have to take off work to replace my credit card and deal with dispute resolution. All this over $19.99.

Tried to pay for parking and a different company took my money

I was trying to pay for a parking meter like I always do and instead this company popped up. I don't even know how it happened. I was just trying to put money in the meter through my phone like normal and suddenly it was some other service.

I lost $20 to it. I didn't mean to use them at all. It just came up on my screen and before I knew it the money was gone. I didn't sign up for anything or agree to use them. Just trying to park my car.

No one has gotten back to me about it. I don't know what else to do.
