Bought a gaming device that never arrived and no one would help

I bought an Ayn Thor Max gaming handheld thing on May 2 from this site. It took like 20 days just to clear customs. Then when it said delivered it said failed because of a wrong building entry code.

They kept making excuses why it couldn’t get delivered. I emailed them about changing my address and about the failed deliveries and got no reply. They never even gave me a tracking number or a carrier name so I had no clue where it was supposed to go.

I thought that was pretty suspicious. Then I saw other people had the same thing happen. Lost $37.98.
