Got a weird voicemail saying someone filed documentation against me

I got a voicemail from 206-796-9315. The person said they were calling from payment processing. They claimed someone was filing documentation against me for being evasive. It didn't make any sense.

The message told me to call 409-761-7631 to verify my address. I didn't call back. The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for anything with them.
