Getting repeated texts to call a payment center

For the last week, I keep getting a message from a payment processing center, a Mrs. Clark, telling me to call them. It's the exact same message every time. The number is (570) 206-2567 and it says they're from PA. I never signed up for anything from them. It just feels off getting these texts out of the blue.
