Paid for a service through PayPal and never got anything back

I sent this guy $2572 through PayPal using the Friends and Family option. He said he was going to provide a service for me. That never happened.

He just took the money and disappeared. I don't even have a real company name to give you. The address I have is in San Francisco, CA.

I feel stupid for using Friends and Family but he asked me to do it that way. Now I'm out over two thousand dollars and got nothing to show for it.
